Ron Best is an outstanding knifemaker and is just starting to be recognized. This man has the dual talents of fine mechanics and a gifted eye for artistic design.He has been making only fixed blade knives selling up to $10,000 for many years and here is his first folder.The sculpted blade sits dead center in the carved body of the knife. Teh, work of Ron Best is sure to appreciate in value. Ron says: "I work very hard to construct my knives using the finest materials available. My knives are constructed using one piece of steel. I primarily use 440C, D2 and ATS-34. I do all of my carving with files and sandpaper. I don't use CC machinery when making my knives. I do all of my own heat treating as well. All of my knives are intricately carved and finished. Perfection is of the utmost importance.. Specifications
