Weinstock’s work is seldom seen on the market because once a collector gets delivery of one of his knives, they are so superior, that the collector will not let them go. Bob is one of only a few American makers good enough to be invited to show at the annual Milan show in Italy. He has a very limited production of about 8 knives a year, with a long waiting list. Here is an opportunity___ seize it. His work, when available, has been going up in price year after year, both directly from Bob and on the secondary market.
